Bright Lights, Cityfields

We’re loving the way Chadstone has gone from a shopping centre to a must-visit food destination. Case in point: Cityfields, the hugely anticipated brasserie-style diner located in The Social Quarter, Chaddy’s ground-breaking new leisure and dining precinct.

In April, we were excited to get the word out about the opening of the glamorous two-level venue with a bar and a balcony complete with a firepit from the team behind South Melbourne favourite Half Acre.

The venue’s good looks come from the leading Melbourne architects and interior designers Pasquale Cook and Studio Manifold, who have brought the space to life with a thoughtful curation of locally sourced materials, European-inspired fittings, vibrant modern art, and contemporary furnishings.

As for the seasonally influenced menu, that’s courtesy of chef Tim Martin, who has a wood-fired oven at his disposal to aid his menu of brasserie classics including four different cuts of steak served with fries or wood-roasted chicken with olive oil, lemon, oregano, fennel, and olive salad. Sweet tooths will also love the dessert trolley that does the rounds of the room, laden with house made cakes and tarts.

KDPO was behind a multifaceted campaign that included media exclusives and curated hosting for both media and key opinion leaders (or shall we call them KOLs). Our efforts were rewarded with coverage across a range of major publications including Delicious, The Age Good Food, Herald Sun, Broadsheet, Urban List and Time Out.
