When Karla was born her great aunt and uncle misheard her dad and thought her name was Kahlua. She’s been energising and intoxicating people (with charm) ever since, becoming an industry leader not only in Melbourne but also Australia-wide with over 17 years PR and events experience.

Moving to Australia from bonnie Scotland after university and setting up life in this great cultural capital, Penny has embraced Melbourne’s vibrant hospitality scene and also enjoys exploring Australia’s beautiful regions with her young family.  

A love for magazines and parties from a young age were tell-tale signs that Julia was destined for PR. After stints living in New York, London and Sydney where she managed international and local food and fashion clients, Julia now calls our vibrant city home. 

After graduating high school armed with the feedback ‘strong writer, talks too much’ on every report she ever had, Michaela decided to play to her strengths and pursue a career in PR, and she hasn’t stopped talking since.

Having moved to Melbourne from Australia’s sunshine state, Bronte has already immersed herself in the cities’ exciting and ever-expanding hospitality scene. Since graduating university with a degree in Communications and Journalism, Bronte’s creativity and passion for writing and her (often described as) ability to ‘talk underwater with a mouth full of marbles’ meant she was destined for a career in Public Relations.

Growing up in Melbourne, Annabel’s love of the city’s food and beverage scene started at a very young age – at just four years old, she declared “lollies” to be a punnet of Sicilian Olives, polished off in the nick of time. 

Edwina’s love for writing and discovering Melbourne’s hidden gems were clear signs she was destined for a career in public relations. As the lively middle child of four, she has always had a flair for uncovering the city’s best-kept secrets, from wine bars to hidden culinary spots.
