The bagel revolution reached Armadale with the arrival of Hank’s Bagelry in April. The elevated New York-style bagels on offer from the shop by the Beatty Group, the masterminds behind Copycat Bar & Restaurant and Mammoth Cafe, have become an immediate hit and established it as a must-visit destination for aficionados while making plenty of new converts to the bagel cause.
Hank’s is a community-minded bagel shop that wanted to purposefully embrace Armadale locals. We jumped on board to organise a multifaceted campaign that not only included media outlets but reached out to lifestyle influencers, food bloggers and local businesses in a gifting campaign. Generating buzz and excitement around Hank’s in this way saw us reach a wider audience while showcasing the delicious offerings to potential customers.
These community-driven efforts positioned Hank’s as a local favourite and must-visit venue, and have already led to additional opportunities for the venue, including catering for local organisations.
We were happy to see that people seemed to love Hank’s as much as us with the coverage in Broadsheet, Urban List, Time Out, Concrete Playground, EatDrinkPlay and Herald Sun.
