Clarendon Street’s stocks are on the rise, as evidenced by the exciting arrival of all-day bistro Kirbie.
Of course, we were already fans of its predecessor, restaurateur Kirbie Tate’s Aussie-Korean wine bar James. We knew the strip was in for a fabulous new taste of her already assured take on hospitality, and were delighted to help announce the intimate 40-seater to both the `hood and further afield.
Splicing the DNA of a European café, neighbourhood bistro and Melbourne wine bar, Kirbie is an instant favourite – the kind of welcoming place you want to hang out in all day with the help of great coffee, excellent sandwiches and comforting soups like the cult-worthy avgolemono, and into the night with chicken cotoletta, strip steak with nori butter (better known as “Kirbie butter”) and a soulful braised lamb.
We loved working with Kirbie (both the venue and its namesake owner) for a media launch and a KOL event for key media and content creators to experience this very special space first-hand.
