Modern Thai juggernaut Chin Chin celebrated Melbourne dads on Fathers’ Day this year with a special ‘Feed Me’ menu, featuring a rollcall of Chin Chin classics for just $69.50 per head. But this is Chin Chin so the fun didn’t stop there. Sneaker maker extraordinaire New Balance came on board as a partner for the day and the first 100 people to book a place received a New Balance voucher for dad’s new sneakers (a guarantee for a better place in the will than with the socks that were the original plan). There was a living room-themed photobooth on the day too – a perfect backdrop for daggy dad pics that will be treasured almost as much as the new kicks.
