Reading cookbooks from cover to cover, fangirling over chefs and watching food shows on Netflix are Nicole’s greatest passions. If she’s not doing one of those things, you’d probably find her on a long walk with her much-loved dog, Beau.

Always carrying an item in her signature colour pink, Nicole wears her heart on her sleeve (likely pink) and possesses a kick-ass knowledge of where to eat and what’s happening in Melbourne and beyond.

Nicole has worked with leading hospitality venues for nearly four years, launching restaurants across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and passionately recounting the inspiring stories of Australia’s best chefs, restaurateurs and winemakers.
